Im going to tell my psychiatrist about my BIID to try to get help with the dysphoria. When i say help I mean management. If they could help me go through elective for a few more digits I would be happy too but its not my goal. I just want to find coping strategies and management until its deemed medically unhelpful. I hope it helps but if it doesnt then I wouldnt mind elective. Just saying im not seeking it, just seeking some copes.
