Hi everyone, I wanted to share something that might be useful.
I have a contact for a psychologist who is familiar with BID and genuinely understands our situation. She works remotely in English and also specializes in trauma, which may be relevant to understanding the origins of BID for some people.
She is very open-minded and non-judgmental about BID. She can help with managing difficult BID waves, understanding what is happening internally, exploring possible roots of BID, or finding ways to integrate BID into everyday life in a healthy and sustainable way.
I know how difficult it can be to find a therapist who already understands BID, where you don't have to spend the first sessions explaining or defending what you experience.
